基于TOPSIS的吉林省典型村落乡村旅游发展水平评价

目的 通基于典型村落乡村旅游发展水平的评价， 分析吉林省当下的乡村旅游发展阶段， 为吉林省乡村旅游的转型升级和可持续发展提供参考建议。方法 文章采用AHP-熵权法计算各指标权重， 在此基础上采用TOPSIS综合评价法得出2018年吉林省金达莱村、红旗村、珍珠村、孟家村、库里村5个典型村落的乡村旅游发展水平。结果 （1）吉林省典型村落乡村旅游发展水平存在显著差异， 孟家村和红旗村整体发展水平较高， 各方面发展均衡；金达莱村乡村旅游发展处于中等水平， 社会文化效益方面略显薄弱；珍珠村和库里村综合发展水平较低， 珍珠村各子系统评价存在较大差异， 库里村的子系统评价和综合评价均处于较低水平。（2）整体而言， 吉林省乡村旅游发展处于中下水平， 尚不具备显著优势。从典型村落代表地区看来， 吉林省东中部地区乡村旅游发展较好， 西部地区乡村旅游发展相对滞后。结论 吉林省乡村旅游整体发展处于中低水平， 各地区存在区域差异， 应进一步提高乡村旅游服务质量， 塑造龙头企业和品牌产品， 推动乡村旅游与农村三产融合， 从而实现吉林省乡村旅游全面协调发展。

EVALUATION OF RURAL TOURISM DEVELOPMENT LEVEL OF TYPICAL VILLAGES IN JILIN PROVINCE BASED ON TOPSIS

Based on the evaluation of rural tourism development of typical villages in Jilin province, China, this paper aims to analyze the current stage of Jilin''s rural tourism development, and provide feasible suggestions for its transformation, upgrading and sustainable development. The paper adopted Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Entropy method to calculate the proportion of each index and then applied the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Through the above methods, the paper figured out the stage of rural tourism development of five typical villages in Jilin province in 2018, including Jindalai village, Hongqi village, Zhenzhu village, Mengjia village and Kuli village. As were shown in the results. (1) The rural tourism development of typical villages in Jilin province varied from one another. For instance, Mengjia village and Hongqi village had achieved a greater and more balanced tourism development in all aspects. Jindalai village had seen a mid-level tourism development with slightly weak social and cultural benefits. The comprehensive development of Zhenzhu village and Kuli village was at a lower level. Zhenzhu village showed unbalanced development in specific segments, while the development of Kuli Village was below average in terms of specific segments and overall industry. (2) The overall development of rural tourism in Jilin province ws at the middle and lower level without significant advantages. In terms of the regions represented by the typical villages, the eastern and central regions had witnessed greater development in rural tourism, while the western region was unfortunately lagging behind. In conclusion, the overall development of rural tourism in Jilin province is still at the middle and lower level with obvious regional differences. Thus, the coordinated development of rural tourism in Jilin province requires high-quality services, leading enterprises and brand products, as well as the integration of rural tourism and rural economic development.
