目的]贯彻落实"十九大"精神,推进农业资源与环境学科建设进入新时代。方法]通过学习领会十九大报告的精神实质和丰富内涵,充分认识农业资源环境科技工作的新要求、新使命、新任务。深入分析加快建设创新型国家、实施乡村振兴战略、加快推进农业绿色发展的战略地位和时代意义,深入思考农业资源环境学科发展前沿、布局、评价与管理等战略问题,服务于农业绿色发展主战场,提出针对性措施,推进农业资源环境学科建设踏上新征程。结果]加快建设创新性国家是新要求,加快实施乡村振兴战略是新使命,加快推进农业绿色发展是新任务。结论]统筹部署,真抓实干,推动农业资源环境科学建设踏上新征程要做到探索和聚集科技前沿,分析和瞄准经济社会发展的科技需求,研究和总结科技发展规律的特点,规范评价标准并优化科研环境。

CARRYING OUT THE SPIRIT OF THE "19TH NATIONAL CONGRESS OF THE CPC", PUSHING FORWARD THE DISCIPLINARY CONSTRUCTION OF AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT INTO A NEW ERA

This paper try to carrying out the spirit of the "19TH National Congress of the CPC", pushing forward the disciplinary construction of agricultural resources and environment into a new era.Through studying and understanding the essence and connotation of the report of the 19th National Congress, the article fully recognized the new requirements and new tasks of scientific and technological work of agricultural resources and environment, analyzed the strategy of speeding up the construction of an innovative country, implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country and accelerates the development of green agriculture. Finally, it deeply pointed out the strategic issues such as frontier, layout, evaluation and management of agricultural resources and environment disciplines, to serve the main battlefield of agricultural green development, and put forward specific measures to push forward the disciplinary development of agricultural resources and environment. Speeding up the construction of an innovative country is a new requirement. Speeding up the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country is a new mission. Speed up the development of agricultural greening is a new task. To promote agricultural resources and environment science to embark on a new journey, we should explore and gather scientific and technological frontiers, analyze and target the scientific and technological needs of economic and social development, study and summarize the characteristics of scientific and technological development laws, standardize evaluation standards and optimize research environment.
