海南省乡村旅游扶贫绩效及实证研究

目的]通过研究乡村旅游扶贫绩效,试图找到促进海南省农民乡村旅游增收的未来发展方向。方法]文章采用综合分析法对海南省乡村旅游扶贫概况及扶贫路径选择,对其扶贫绩效以琼中县什寒村为实证,对什寒村乡村旅游扶贫农民增收情况进行深入分析。并由此提出海南乡村旅游扶贫促进农民增收的对策建议:创新乡村旅游扶贫开发模式;提高农民参与乡村旅游扶贫开发的能力;完善乡村旅游扶贫开发的利益分配机制;完善乡村旅游产品开发与宣传。结果]什寒村旅游收入呈现逐年增长的趋势,尤其是2014年以来,增长幅度非常显著,2015年旅游收入比2014增长了6.4倍。什寒村自2012年接待游客以来,实现旅游收入从20万元增加到2015年的726.46万元,旅游收入增长了36.3倍。结论]海南乡村旅游收入逐年增加,农民人均收入每年以15%的速度增长,进一步表明海南乡村旅游和农民增收之间存在显著关系。

POVERTY ALLIVIATION BY RURAL TOURISM IN HAINAN

Hainan rural tourism has developed rapidly, which has become an important way to increase farmers′ income and develop rural poverty alleviation.Using the method of comprehensive analysis, this paper discussed the status of rural tourism and path selection for poverty alleviation, and analyzed the performance for poverty alleviation by rural tourism in Shihan village.The results showed that: Hainan rural tourism income increased year by year, farmers′ per capita income annually increased by 15%.There was a significant relationship between Hainan rural tourism and rural income.Finally, it put forward some countermeasures to increase farmers′ income, such as innovating the mode of rural tourism poverty alleviation, improving the ability of farmers to participate in rural tourism poverty alleviation, perfecting the rural tourism benefit distribution mechanism, and promoting the rural tourism product development.
