DEA模型下的休闲农业评价实证分析——以河南省为例

目的]休闲农业是现代经济与农业快速发展的产物,促进了农业与旅游业的结合,推动了国民经济的发展,深深影响了人们的生产和生活。作为农业大省的河南,能够实现休闲农业的发展,对自己甚至是整个领域的发展都具有重要意义。方法]在此背景下,文章通过阐述休闲农业的概念及基本特征,通过问卷调查与专家访问发,收集河南省12个休闲农业示范点的发展数据,并筛选得到头投入人力、物力、财力,输出经济效益和社会效益的评价指标,建立为河南省休闲农业发展服务的DEA模型。结果]之后,通过实证分析,得到以下结论:从具体的角度上来说,加大人力、物力和财力的投入可实现休闲农业的经济效益和社会效益;从全面上来说,对休闲农业的投入可推动该行业的整体规模。结论]该文的研究结果为发展河南省休闲农业打下了理论基础,推动了重点发展技术、提高投资效率和投入物力的发展模式。

A STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT MODEL OF LEISURE AGRICULTURE IN HENAN PROVINCE BASED ON THE DEA MODEL

Leisure agriculture is the product of the rapid development of modern economy and agriculture.As the combination of agriculture and tourism, it not only promotes the development of national economy, but also deeply affects people′s production and life.Henan province is a major agricultural province.Achieving the development of leisure agriculture provides has great significance in the entire economic development.This paper elaborated the concept and basic characteristics of leisure agriculture, collected the development data of 12 leisure agriculture demonstration sites in Henan province through a questionnaire survey and expert interview, and established the DEA model for the development of leisure agriculture based on the evaluation index of economic benefit and social benefit.The results showed that from a specific point of view,enhancing the input of manpower,material resources, and financial resources can realize the economic benefits and social benefits of leisure agriculture;From an overall view, the investment in leisure agriculture can promote the overall scale of the industry.The results of this paper would lay a theoretical foundation for the development of leisure agriculture in Henan province and promote the development model of key technology, investment efficiency, and material resources.
