京津冀协同发展背景下冀西北地区旅游经济与生态环境协调发展研究

目的]随着城市化进程逐步加快,旅游业得到了迅速发展,但也带来一系生态环境问题。如何在高效健康地发展城市绿色旅游经济的同时,兼顾城乡生态环境的良性发展,是当前研究的热点和重点问题。方法]以张家口为例,着力构建旅游经济与生态环境指标体系,并辅以协调发展度模型,对2005—2016年张家口市旅游经济与生态环境协调发展度进行定量测度。结果]研究期内,张家口市旅游经济指数、旅游规模和旅游效益总体上呈现增长的趋势;生态环境协同发展指数、生态资源和环境治理指数波动较大;旅游经济与生态环境协调发展指数由2005年的0. 24发展到2016年的0. 61。结论]张家口市旅游经济和生态环境的关联度逐渐增强,两者正处于协调发展的初级阶段,其耦合协调发展有着广阔的前景和良好的发展势头。未来在发展旅游经济的同时,应兼顾自身优越的地理环境,稳步推进城乡环境治理进程,促进两者协调健康发展。

RESEARCH ON COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM ECONOMY AND ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE NORTHWEST OF HEBEI PROVINCE UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT OF BEIJING TIANJIN HEBEI*

With the gradual acceleration of urbanization, tourism has developed rapidly, followed by a series of ecological environment problems. How to develop the urban green tourism economy efficiently and healthily, and take into account the benign development of urban and rural ecological environment, is the hot spot and key issue of our current research. Taking Zhangjiakou as an example, this research built up a tourism economy and ecological environment index system, supplemented by a coordinated development model, and quantified the coordinated development of tourism economy and ecological environment in Zhangjiakou from 2005 to 2016. During the study period, the tourism economic index, tourism scale and tourism benefit of Zhangjiakou showed an overall trend of growth; the ecological environment coordinated development index, ecological resources and environmental governance index fluctuated greatly; the coordinated development index of tourism economy and ecological environment was from 0.24 in 2005 to 0.61 in 2016. The relationship between tourism economy and ecological environment in Zhangjiakou is increasing gradually. The two are in the primary stage of coordinated development. The coordinated development of the city has a broad prospect and a good momentum of development. In the future, while developing tourism economy, we should give consideration to our own superior geographical environment, steadily promote the process of urban and rural environmental governance, and promote their coordinated and healthy development.
