大数据对法院司法统计的积极功效及边界

最高人民法院于2016年应用人民法院大数据管理和服务平台以后,全国法院司法统计完全实现计算机自动采集。从发展脉络来看法院司法统计正处于智能化转型阶段,仍然存在一些问题。随着大数据及新技术的引入,司法统计“大数据”得以成为现实,包括了数据采集的全面化、统计分析的综合化、统计平台的社会化,进而提出了大数据助力司法统计精准化的具体路径,包括了提高基础数据的量与质、加强对司法统计数据的深度分析和可视化分析、推进基础设施建设。然而,二者并不具有正相关性。因此,推进司法统计大数据化需要注意有两个限度。

The Positive Effects and Boundaries of Big Data on Court Judicial Statistics

After the Supreme People's Court established and successfully applied the big data management and service plat form of the People's Court in 2017,the national court judicial statistics fully realized the automatic acquisition of computers.Judging from the development context,the judicial statistics of the courts are undergoing an intelligent transformation.But there are still some problems.With the introduction of big data and new technologies,judicial statistics"big data"has be come a reality,including the comprehensiveness of data collection,the integration of statistical analysis,and the socializa tion of statistical platforms,and then proposed big data to help the accuracy of judicial statistics.The specific path includes improving the quantity and quality of basic data,strengthening the in-depth analysis and visual analysis of judicial statis tics,and promoting infrastructure construction.However,the two do not have a positive correlation.Therefore,the promo tion of judicial statistics big data needs to pay attention to two limits.
