| 摘 要： | 以中国农业上市公司2005—2009年的数据为样本,运用多元回归模型研究了中国农业上市公司资产管理能力与公司绩效的关系。研究表明其应收账款周转率、存货周转率、固定资产周转率以及总资产周转率都与公司绩效具有显著正相关关系。

| Abstract: | The paper made a research on the relationship between asset management capabilities and corporate performance by using the multi-linear regression model through analyzing the data of agricultural-listed companies from 2005 to 2009.It is found that the asset management capabilities have a positive relationship with receivables,inventory,fixed assets and total assets turnover ratios. |
