新时期林业人才就业问题及对策探究

摘    要:从政府、林业高校、林业人才自身、人才就业市场四个方面分析了林业人才就业存在的主要问题,突出表现在就业制度、专业设置、就业指导、林业人才自身、市场中介等方面。在此基础上提出了相应的解决措施:优化政府职能:调整专业设置,加强就业指导与服务;林业人才要转变观念;完善人才市场运行机制等。

Abstract:Analyzed the key problems of forestry talents from the direction of government,forestry colleges,forestry talents,employment market and so on.Included employment system,specialized establishment,career guidance and forestry talents themselves, market intermediary which affected employment.On the base,the article has proposed some countermeasures: optimize management functions,adjust the specialized subjects ,enhance the employment guidance and serve ,change the concepts of employment, perfect market system of forestry talents and etc.
