| 摘 要： | 大学生作为一类特殊的群体,由于自身经验以及知识的局限性,在创业过程中容易遇到各种风险,其中法律风险的是最棘手的。基于问卷调查的数据,分析了大学生创业的特点、现状以及创业过程中潜在的法律风险,并联系实际从高校法律教育角度及学生个人角度,提出了防控大学生创业法律风险的措施。

| Abstract: | As a special group of college students, they are prone to encounter various risks in the process of entrepreneurship due to the limitations of their own experience and knowledge, and the legal risks are the most difficult. This paper analyzed the characteristics and current situation of college students ’entrepreneurship and the potential legal risks in the process of entrepreneurship based on the data from the questionnaire survey. It proposed measures for preventing and controlling college students’ entrepreneurial risks in accordance with the actual situation of legal education in colleges and universities and individual students. |
