黑龙江省国有林区人力资源管理研究

摘    要:人力资源是黑龙江省国有林区实现经济跨跃式发展和可持续发展的重心,是国有林业企业培养核心竞争力的关键。分析了黑龙江省国有林区的人力资源现状和人力资源开发管理中存在的问题,并提出了黑龙江省国有林区人力资源开发管理的可行性对策,以优化国有林区人力资源结构、提升国有林业人力资源整体素质。

Abstract:Human resource is the main part that state-owned forestry region in Heilongjiang achieves economic tech development and sustainable development, is the key of bringing province up core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises. The paper analyzes the present situation of human resource and the problems existing in the process of haman resource management of state-owned forestry region in Heilongjiang province, and put forward some feasible countermeasures of human resource management of state-owned forestry region in Heilongjiang province, so as to optimize the human resource structure and improve the total quality of state-own forestry region.
