林业企业应加强人力资源管理

摘    要:论述林业企业人力资源管理中存在以事为中心、缺乏人力资源规划、人力资源管理者无法统筹管理、缺乏先进的人力资源管理手段等问题。指出加强林业企业人力资源管理在林业可持续发展中具有提高林业企业绩效、扩展人力资本、保证人力资源管理效率的重要作用。提出林业企业应从深化劳动用工制度改革,营造吸引人才、人尽其才的良好环境;建立人才流动机制,优化人力资源配置体系;加大人力资本投资,认真实施人才工程等几个方面加强企业人力资源管理。

Abstract:Discussing some problems of taking work as the core, being lack of the programme of human reesource,the manager of human resource can not control overall, being lack of the way of human resurce etc in human management of forestry business.Pointed out the importance to strenthen human resource management for forestry sustainable development, such as improving the achievement of forestry business, enlarging human resource and raising up the effciecency of human resoure management.Pointed out forstry business should deepening labour system, creating a good environment to attract talents,building a talents flow mechanism, perfecting the distrabution for human resource;Enlarging the talents investment and practising talents project to strenthen the business human resource management.
