昆明市松华坝饮用水源区新农村建设中的低碳经济评价

在查阅相关文献和实地调研的基础上，以低碳经济理论为基础，并以具有代表性的阿子营镇为实证研究案例，构建了其评价指标体系。评价结果表明：在阿子营镇新农村建设中的低碳指标的重要性权重中处于前五位的分别是人均GDP、新能源比例、第三产业比重、第三产业从业人员比重、单位GDP中的CO2排放量。该地区近五年低碳经济发展水平总体呈上升趋势，但在低碳经济发展中仍然存在生态、社会与经济发展不相协调的问题。

The Evaluation of Low Carbon Economy about Songhua Dam Water District in the New Rural Construction in Kunming

On the basis of referring to relevant documents and field investigation,this paper studies the instance of Aziying Township using low-carbon economy theory.The result shows the top five in low-carbon by weight are GDP per capita,the ratio of new energy,the ratio of the third industry,the ratio of employee in the third industry,discharge of CO2 in GDP.The development of low-carbon economy is upgrading in recent five years,however,the problem that ecological,social and economic development is not coordinated during the development of low-carbon still exists.
