摘    要:利用2017-2018年对越南、老挝、泰国、缅甸和柬埔寨五国相关人员进行问卷调查的数据,了解"澜湄流域"国家林业跨境保护合作的背景,现状。基于"一带一路"倡议,提出了针对性的建议,即:完善林业跨境保护合作公约,建立信息共享机制与信息安全管理预案,探索跨境生态旅游区建设,积极开展森林碳汇管理项目,建立绿色合作通道和合理的专项基金,围绕"人才、平台、项目"建立林业科技合作体系。

Abstract:This paper understood the background and current situation of the"Lanmei River Basin"national forestry cross-border protection cooperation based on the data from a questionnaire survey of relevant personnel in five countries in Vietnam,Laos,Thailand,Myanmar and Cambodia from 2017 to 2018.It made targeted recommendations based on the"Belt and Road"initiative,which included perfecting the forestry cross-border protection cooperation convention,establishing an information sharing mechanism and information security management plan,exploring the construction of cross-border eco-tourism areas,and actively developing forest carbon sink management projects.Establish green cooperation channels and reasonable special funds,and establish a forestry science and technology cooperation system around"talents,platforms,and projects."
