| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是落实科学发展观，加快现代化建设的一项重大历史任务。分析了发展非公有制林业在推进社会主义新农村建设中的独特作用；讨论了当前非公有制林业发展存在的主要问题；提出了促进非公有制林业发展的具体对策。

| Abstract: | Socialist new village construction is an important history task to implement the scientific concept of development and quicken the modernization. In this paper, the author analyses the distinct function of non-public forestry in developing construction socialist new village; At the same time, some current problems in the process of developing non-public forestry are discussed. At last, some practicable suggestions about how to resolve these problems are put forward. |
