| Abstract: | Facing to the achievements and problems in the process of accelerate transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture in He county, this paper put forward a number of recommendations from confer legal personality, regulate land circulation, to improve the internal governance, strengthen publicity and education etc, to the promotion of the county agricultural modernization in He country, thus contributing to the process of agricultural modernization in He county. |
