| 摘 要： | 水产企业的内外环境日益复杂,面临的风险也随之增大,水产企业需要对其风险进行有效的管理,必须基于整合的、积极的和系统的管理方法和框架。本文对水产企业提出了一个“风险管理整合性框架”,该框架由四部分组成,即风险管理战略、风险管理组织结构、风险管理过程和风险管理质量保证。

| Abstract: | The internal and external environments of aquatic products enterprises are increasingly complicated.Accordingly,the business risks of the enterprises increase.Effective risk management must be based on an integrated,proactive and systematic management approach and framework.This paper puts forward an "integrated framework of risk management about aquatic products enterprises ", which consists of four parts: risk management strategy,risk management organization structure,risk management process and risk management quality guarantee. |
