| 摘 要： | 海洋渔业船员素质偏低,年龄老化,高技能船员缺乏,严重影响了远洋渔业的发展、劳务输出和渔村劳动力转移。因此,需要不断完善海洋渔业船员培养和管理机制,以适应渔业发展的需要,促进和谐渔村的建设,增加渔民收入。本文分析了目前渔业船员培养和管理中存在的问题,提出了改变海洋渔业船员从业状态的对策。

| Abstract: | Because of the lower quality,older age of ocean fishery crew and lack of crew with good skill,all of these factors severely influence the development,crew export and transferring of labour force from fishery village.Therefore,some effective methods and management mechanism should be adopted to improve the practical skill and professional competency of fishery crew,enhance the construction of harmonious fishery village and increase the income of fishery peasant. |
