| Abstract: | This article analyzed the reason for the continuous fast health development of fishery in our province, also summarized the experience of practice and exploration in Hainan fisheries development from five parts such as:the attention paid by leaders,policy accuracy of development,reform and opening policy power and the function of market mechanism,the benefit of science and technology measure on fishery and so on. |
