我国水产加工企业创业历程及成长动力的扎根理论研究

水产加工企业创业及成长方面的研究比较匮乏,理论丰裕度和系统性存在不足。我国海洋经济的快速发展,水产加工企业发展实践的不断演变,为理论研究和规律提炼提供了丰富的素材。扎根理论研究方法是一种科学有效的定性分析工具,擅长于从现象层面归纳理论规律,从而弥补既有理论的空白,实现理论创新。本文运用扎根分析技术,历经开放性译码、主轴译码和选择性译码三个步骤,深入探究和挖掘精选水产加工企业案例所蕴含的创业历程和成长动力两个维度的理论内涵,提炼出我国水产加工企业创业及成长的一些基础结论。

Case study about aquatic processing factory entrepreneurship and growth based on Grounded Theory

The study of aquatic processing factory is not enough, not systematic. The rapid development of Chinese ocean economy has given us a great chance to learn them, to study them. Grounded Theory is a very scientific and useful method, it is a good way at concluding theories from phenomena, activity and cases, and therefore, the theory can be built little by little. After some discussion and definition, based on Grounded Theory and case study, we present a series of conclusions including entrepreneurship process and growth factors.
