浅析赤潮灾害形成原因、危害与减灾工作

中国濒临西北太平洋,是海洋灾害最为严重的国家的之一。其中,赤潮灾害作为海洋灾害的一种,对我国沿海经济造成了很大影响。本文分析了赤潮灾害的形成原因、危害,指明了当今赤潮灾害减灾工作中存在赤潮灾害治理法律法规不健全、赤潮治理方法不成熟、灾害损失评估工作不到位等问题,提出了健全赤潮灾害治理的相关法律法规,明确责任主体、加强科研投入,探索治理方法、落实赤潮灾害损失评估工作等改进对策,为赤潮灾害的研究治理工作提供参考。

Analysis on the red tide disaster＇s formation reason, harm and reduction work

China borders on the northwest Pacific Ocean, which is one of the areas influenced by marine disaster seriously. The red tide is one of marine disaster, which has a tremendous influence on coastal economy of our country. This article has analyzed the red tide disaster＇s formation reason, the harm, indicated main problems of the work which is used to reduce the red tide disaster, and proposed countermeasures for improvement, which is to offer a reference for study and governance.
