二维码技术在中国渔政管理指挥系统中的应用

凭借着低成本、高可靠性、读取便利等优点二维码技术在证件防伪领域应用广泛。目前，中国渔政管理指挥系统中打印发放的近200个证书均引人了二维码防伪。本文以二维码技术为基础，结合中国渔政管理指挥系统项目的实际建设经验，介绍了指挥系统中选用PDF417码进行证书防伪的技术原理，二维码技术在指挥系统中起到的重要作用，系统中二维码的生成、打印、识别和校验的过程，以及单机版二维码识别系统的技术原理，并分析和总结了指挥系统中二维码技术在提高辨识度、提升抗污损性以及提供手机扫描客户端等方面的优化方向。

The application of 2-dimensional bar code technology in the Chinese fishery administration command information security system

With the features of low cost, high reliability, easy to read, the 2-dimensional bar code technology is used widely in the field of certificates security. At present, nearly 200 certificates in the China Fishery Administration System have used 2-dimensional bar code. Based on the 2-dimensional bar code technology, combining the practical experience of the project of China Fishery Administration System, the article studied the technical principles of PDF417 code used in the China Fishery Administration system, summarized the important role of the 2-dimensional bar code in the system, introduced the generation, print, identification and verification process of online and also the stand-alone edition of the 2-dimensional bar code system, and finally summarized the following improving direction of the 2-dimensional bar code in the system, improving the readability, enhancing the antifouling performance, and providing mobile phone scanning client, etc.
