| 摘 要： | 环渤海地区正作为东部沿海的新经济增长极迅速崛起。提高资金配置效率，构建良好的金融生态环境，成为促进其经济发展的当务之急。论文在对现有文献进行分析的基础上，综合考虑沿海省市海洋经济发展特征，使用模糊综合评价法对环渤海三省一市的金融生态发展水平进行了评价研究。据此，论文提出了环渤海地区金融生态的建设对策建议，以期为促进其区域的可持续发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | the Littoral Area of Bohai is a new economic growth pole off the eastern coastal, rising rapidly. So it is the high time to raise capital allocation efficiency and build good financial ecological environment. Based on the analysis of existing literature and Marine economic characteristics, this article evaluated its financial ecological development level, using fuzzy comprehensive-evaluation method. Accordingly, the article put forward suggestion to promote the regional sustainable development. |
