渔港建设项目社会影响后评价方法研究——以江苏省渔港为例

在社会影响后评价理论研究的基础上，结合渔港项目的特点从对防台减灾的影响、对基础设施的影响、对社会发展的影响、对经济发展的影响、对资源环境的影响五个方面设置了渔港项目社会影响后评价的评价指标，并采用模糊综合评价法，以江苏省渔港为例，对选取的江苏如东洋口中心渔港、启东吕四中心渔港、连云港赣榆青口中心渔港、太仓浏河一级渔港、连云港连岛一级渔港、射阳黄沙港一级渔港6个渔港进行了社会影响综合后评价，根据反馈结果，总结成功经验，发现存在的问题并提出对策建议。

Study on the post-evaluation method of the social impact of fishing port projects

Abstract： Based on the study of the post-evaluation of social impact and combined with the characteristics of fishing port projects, evaluation index is founded upon the impact on the disaster prevention and the typhoon, the impact on the infrastructure, the impact on the economic development, the impact on the economic development, the impact on the resources and environment. This paper has made an applied research in social impact post-assessment using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method about Jiangsu Rudong Yangkou fishing port, Qidong Lvsi fishing port, Lianyungang Ganyu fishing port, Taicang Liuhe fishing port, Lianyungang Liandao fishing port, Sheyang Huangshagang fishing port. According to the feedback results, we summarize the successful experience, and point out the existing problems and at last put forward some suggestions.
