中国海洋强国、强省（市）指数测算研究

借鉴国际国内发展指数和经济强国指数的构建原理和方法，结合我国海洋事业发展现状，运用主成分分析和独立性分析等方法，设计构建海洋强国指数测算指标体系，建立算术加权合成指数测算模型。对我国沿海地区2007—2011年间海洋经济发展指数、海洋科技发展指数、海洋资源存量指数、海洋可持续发展指数、海洋产业竞争力指数等个体指数进行测算，并合成计算得到海洋强省（市）指数，以此为基础对我国2002—2011年的海洋强国指数进行综合测算，根据指数变化趋势图对我国海洋经济、科技、可持续以及产业发展情况进行了动态分析，探究了海洋强国、强省（市）指数变化的内在动因。

Measurement research of China Marine Nation(Province,City) Powerful Index

Drawing lessons from the constructing principle and method of international and domestic development index and economy index, combined with the current situation of the development of Marine enterprise in our country, the author designs the measuring indicator system of Marine Nation Powerful Index and establishes arithmetic weighted composite index calculation model with the method of principal component analysis and independent analysis .etc. Individual indexes of China＇s coastal areas during 2007 to 2011, for instance, Marine Economy Developing Index, Marine Science and Technology Development Index, Marine Resource Stock Index, Marine Sustainability Index, Marine Industry Competitiveness Index are calculated, then Marine Province（City） Powerful Index is measured as the synthesis of the individual indexes. And China＇s Marine Nation Powerful Index is comprehensively measured based on the Marine Province（City） Powerful Index. According to the change tendency figure of the index, the author dynamically analyses marine economy, marine science and technology, sustainable development and the development of marine industry of China, explores the inner motivation of the variation of Marine Nation Powerful Index and Marine Province（City） Powerful Index.
