| Abstract: | With regard to the current status of water conservancy in Jiangsu Province, the significance of promoting the supply-side structural reform is analyzed. The key tasks are put forward as follows: the farmland water conservancy is the basis, the ecological establishment is the important part, and the innovation is the highlight. The general requirements are also proposed. |
