| 摘 要： | 水利是国民经济的基础设施和公益性产业,为进一步提高水利投资效益,对江苏省2005～2007年水利投资的效益从分类、分片两个角度进行统计分析,针对部分工程效益不理想的情况,提出完善水利项目决策机制和水利工程运行管理机制,完善落实资金保障政策,加强和规范水利工程建设管理,推进项目后评价,以促进水利工程效益的相关建议。
