Pilot study on water rights of main stream of Yellow River in Inner Mongolia

In order to comprehensively summarize the pilot work of water rights in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the strengthening industry regulatory practices in the process of implementation of water rights of the main stream of Yellow River in a pilot city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are introduced, and some important experience are summarized, including sticking to the problems in the process of pilot guidance, insisting on hands power, strengthening the management of water saving, and innovating systems and mechanisms. The pilot work of water right transfer in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has achieved positive results and been highly evaluated by the Ministry of Water Resources of P. R. China.
