Researches on law guaranteeing mechanism of management structure of hydropower development enterprises

Owing to the inharmonious subject relationship of hydropower development enterprises,bottleneck problems restricting hydropower development have become market,social and ecological ones from capital and technology problems in the past.On such a basis,a brief introduction is given to the necessity of law guaranteeing mechanism of management structure of hydropower development enterprises,and some ideals about the law guaranteeing mechanism are elaborated.Much emphasis is given to researches on the information release law guaranteeing mechanism for stakeholder management of hydropower development enterprises.
