Behavioral education of water ecological civilization and its implementation

On the basis of highlighting its significance, the basic contents of the behavioral education of water ecological civilization are analyzed, and the main paths for implementing the behavioral education are investigated. The analysis and investigation show that as the important basis for establishing the water ecological civilization, the behavioral education is a system engineering, including awareness fostering, behavioral cultivation and norm development of water ecological civilization. The main paths for implementing the behavioral education are as follows: (1)the education of water ecological civilization should be introduced into the national education system; (2)the education system of water ecological civilization should be formulated; (3)the living and producing styles of water ecological civilization should be advocated. The implementation of behavioral education calls for green producing and living styles, which should be practiced by people in their behaviors and actions, and for participation by the general public and joint action by the whole nation.
