| 摘 要： | 大型建设项目具有建设周期长、投资巨大的特点,在项目建设的全过程中会面临从宏观到微观的多层次的风险,而项目风险的复杂性增加了在工程建设过程中进行风险管理的难度。通过对大型建设项目风险三维结构分析,将多层次的风险管理工作归并到3个维度,以风险三维结构为基础,探讨风险管理集成的主要构成,提出了工程建设项目风险管理集成的逻辑结构和基本模型。
