| 摘 要： | 根据复合系统的特点,以协同学的协同理论为基础,确定了水资源系统和产业系统的序参量。用序参量描述系统有序程度,构造了水资源-产业复合系统发展协同度模型,分析了影响系统协同发展的因子,并对河北省水资源-产业系统协同度问题进行了研究。研究结果表明,河北省水资源-产业系统协同度不高,通过农业节水缩小农业用水比例,大力发展第三产业等产业结构调整可提高其协同度。 |
