合同节水管理模式在高校的应用研究——以河北工程大学为例

针对高校用水存在跑、冒、滴、漏等问题,分析其产生的原因,将合同节水管理模式引入高校节水管理。以河北工程大学为例,对该校2个校区进行节水改造,并对合同节水改造效益进行分析。结果表明:改造后月均节水率超过40%。该模式的成功应用表明高校节水工程的开展可以通过与合同节水管理机制相结合的方式来实施。

Application of water-saving management contract in colleges and universities: Case study of Hebei University of Engineering

With regard to the problems of evaporating, emitting, dripping and leaking in the colleges and universities in China, the causes are analyzed, and the water-saving management contract mode is introduced into the water-saving management in colleges and universities. Based on the case study of Hebei University of Engineering, the water-saving measures in its two campuses are modified, and the efficiency of the modified measures is analyzed. The results show that the water-saving rate per month after modification is over 40%. The successful application of the proposed mode indicates that the water-saving projects in colleges and universities can be carried out smoothly by combining the water-saving management contract mechanism.
