| 摘 要： | 从水利工程质量风险初始清单构建、质量风险数据搜集、质量风险大数据分析3个方面建立大数据视角下质量风险管理框架,分别从质量风险管理目标、管理技术和应用方面对各部分内容进行详细设计。最后得出大数据技术可以实现水利工程风险预警的结论,以便及时采取措施降低风险发生概率,从而加强了水利工程质量风险管理的事前监管,进一步促进水利工程建设质量的提升。

| Abstract: | The management framework of quality risk is established from 3 aspects of preparing the initial list, data collection and big data of quality risk of water conservancy projects from the perspective of big data. The management of each part is fully designed from the management objective, technology of quality risk as well as applications. Finally, it is concluded that the big data technology can achieve pre-warning of risk of water conservancy projects so as to take measures to mitigate probability of risk occurrence and to strengthen the risk management of water conservancy projects and further to promote the construction quality of water conservancy projects. |
