摘    要:我国非常规水源开发利用量逐年增加,在北方缺水城市已成为景观环境和工业冷却用水的主要水源。以再生水开发利用为切入点,分析近年来再生水设施、设备生产能力和生产率变化趋势,从水源水量、终端用户、管网建设、成本水价、自身条件、外部环境等方面分析再生水产能过剩的原因,并提出对策与建议。

Abstract:The exploited and utilized quantity of non-conventional water resources in China increases year by year. The non-conventional water resources have become the main source for the landscape use and industrial cooling in the water deficient cities in North China. Based on the utilization of reclaimed water, the variations of water-recycling facilities, equipment capacity and productivity are analyzed. Meanwhile, the reasons for overcapacity of reclaimed water are investigated from water supply of water head, terminal consumers, construction of pipeline networks, full cost of water price, own conditions and external environment. Some countermeasures and suggestions are also put forward.
