基于协调度模型的经济快速发展区城镇土地集约利用评价

经济社会快速发展使区域土地利用的深度和广度发生显著变化,探索土地集约利用特别是经济快速发展区的城镇土地集约利用协调发展驱动机制有重要现实意义。本文应用协调度模型原理,以广州市番禺区为例,进行了研究区城镇土地集约利用协调发展驱动机制探讨。结果表明:研究区城镇土地集约度为0.3389,属于基本集约利用方式;经济、社会和生态系统协调度为0.1307,处于严重失调状态;经济、社会和生态系统协调发展度为0.2546,属于中度失调衰退经济驱动类型;各镇街城镇土地集约度、协调度、协调发展度和集约度协调发展驱动机制空间分异显著。
