| 摘 要： | 我国目前对集体建设用地整理的研究尚处于起步阶段，不管在理论上，还是在实践中，都需要进一步探索。本文初步对大城市郊区集体建设用地整理的功能、途径进行了分析，并结合不同区域位置，对集约出的集体建设用地提出了自主使用型、上市开发型、指标置换型以及转为耕地型四种利用方式。
