| 摘 要： | 文章界定了知识经济的含义,从资源、技术、市场三个方面论述了知识经济带来的企业环境的变化以及在知识经济条件下企业管理表现出的管理信息化、组织柔性化、经营全球化等特点。在分析我国企业管理现状及差距的基础上,提出了应对知识经济的挑战,提高我国企业管理水平的对策。

| Abstract: | The paper explains the meaning of knowledge economy and analyzes that the knowledge economy change the enterprise environment from resource, technology and market sides. In the knowledge economy the enterprise management has next characteristics such as management informatization, organization humanization, economy globalization and etc. Then the paper puts forward the countermeasures for replying to challenge of the knowledge economy and improving the level of enterprise management on the basis of analysis on the present situation and the problems of enterprise management in China. |
