| 摘 要： | 财务风险是资本价值经营的必然产物,地勘单位的财务风险主要是由于地勘单位的财务管理面对复杂多变的宏观环境及地勘单位财务风险的微观因素而产生的。地勘单位加强财务风险管理要采取建立健全财务风险预警机制、充分运用金融衍生工具、做好预算管理、加大内部控制力度、加强财务管理人员财务风险意识等措施。
