| Abstract: | Based upon the situation of Fujian province, the paper discusses that land consolidation and rehabilitation is the foundation for the production development, a better-off life, and the clean and tidy appearance of a village. Land consolidation and rehabilitation is also help increase the area of farmland, improve the quality of farmland and increase produce of farmland and farmers income. |
