| 摘 要： | 当人类赖以生存的地球陆地资源正面临着严峻的挑战时,海洋为人类的生存和发展提供了广阔的前景。文章着重介绍了我国海洋资源开发现状及存在的主要问题及海洋经济的发展现状及问题,提出了实现我国海洋经济可持续发展的建议。
