| Abstract: | What China's water resource is very rare seriously restricts economic growth and social development in western region. According to the situation of water resources in the western regions, the paper offers five aspects of proposals for distribution of water resources in the western region, that refers to innovation of sense, market, economize on water, price and policy. |
