浅析地勘单位人力资源的管理与开发

摘    要:当前人才已成为地勘单位最重要最稀缺的资源。由于受计划经济的影响,地勘单位职工平均主义思想严重,就业观念陈旧,人才资源流失严重,缺乏有效激励机制,职工培训方式陈旧落后,人力资源管理人员素质不高。为适应市场竞争和企业化经营的需要,地勘单位必须建立新的人力资源管理与开发体系,要以人为本合理设置岗位,发挥人力资源管理部门的作用,建立有效的激励机制,提高员工的整体素质,实行民主管理,引导员工认同单位价值理念。
