实践"三个代表"重要思想服务经济建设需求

在新的经济发展时期 ,地质工作不仅是经济建设的先行而且将贯穿于经济建设的全过程。因此地质工作如何更好、更全面地服务于国家和社会 ,是地质工作者实践“三个代表”重要思想必须思考的重要问题。本文通过对国家公益性地质调查机构工作方向和工作内容的探讨 ,特别是从陕北能源化工基地开发对地质工作需求的角度 ,提出了国家地质工作必须与省 (区 )级地方经济建设规划相结合 ,才能使地质工作真正服务于社会经济发展的论点。并强调了地质工作拓宽服务领域的重要性 ,指出开展国家地质调查工作 ,必须以新的理念和方式来适应新时代的要求 ,更加主动地服务于社会发展 ,服务于经济建设 ,才能使“三个代表”重要思想落到实处

Practice of the Important Thought of Three Represents and Service for Economic Development

In the new period of economic development, geological work is the foundation of economic building and is needed in the whole process of economic development. Therefore how dos geological work gives better and more overall service for the state and society -- this is important problem worth to think by geological workers for practice of the important thought of three represents. The paper discusses the directions and contents of the unprofitable national geological organizations and analyzes the demands of the Shanbei energy and chemical industry basis development for geological work and thinks that we only combine the national geological work with provincial (regional) economic development planning and can make geological work efficiently serve social and economic development. Then the authors emphasizes the significance of expanding the service field of geological work and think that we must have the new concepts and use the new means to fit the new requirements in the new era when we implement national geological work. Only we more initiatively serve social and economic development and can carry out the important thought of three represents.
