进一步完善整装勘查市场化管理推进找矿突破战略行动

国土资源部实施找矿突破战略行动，推进整装勘查工作以来，取得了重要进展，但存在一些不容忽视的问题。必须坚持整装勘查工作市场化方向，从功能定位、市场化管理、优化布局、技术支撑四个层面加以推进和改善：（1）明确整装勘查的内涵及定位，统一认识，规范操作；（2）推进市场化管理，建立完善整装勘查多元投资平台；（3）开展整装勘查区综合评价，实行矿产综合区划，优化勘查布局，提高矿产勘查综合效益；（4）加强基础地质工作，提高科技支撑能力，保障地质勘查工作质量。

Improving Market Management of Integrated Exploration to Promote the Strategic Actions of Prospecting Breakthrough

Important progress has been made in the work of integrated exploration, but there are still some problems which cannot be ignored. On account of this, this paper argues that we must insist on promoting and improving market-oriented direction of integrated exploration from function definition, market management, optimal distribution and technical support. These specific methods include：ifrstly, the connotation and orientation of prospecting＆amp;exploration must be deifned;on this basis, we should unify the understanding and adopt speciifcation operation. Meanwhile, multivariate investment platform should also be established and improved. In addition, both comprehensive evaluation for integrated exploration area and the comprehensive division of mineral resources should be developed, so that we will have optimized exploration layout, and mineral exploration comprehensive beneifts will be increased. Finally, we should strengthen the basic geological work, improve the support capacity of science and technology so as to ensure the quality of geological exploration work.
