| 摘 要： | 矿产资源综合利用对建设资源节约型和谐社会发挥着重要作用。目前,矿产资源规划是指导和规范矿政管理和矿业活动的纲领性文件,通过对矿山企业实地调研,总结了我国矿产综合利用技术发展的态势,发现了影响技术进步的一些问题,指出科技进步是推动矿产资源节约与综合利用的关键性的因素,应在各级矿产资源规划中,进一步强化矿产综合利用技术发展的规划,为各级规划制定的发展目标提供根本性的技术保障。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation of mining enterprises,this paper highlights the development situation of comprehensive utilization technology of mineral resources and discovers some problem which effect technology progress.It points out that advance of science and technology is the key factor for promoting economy and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources,therefore,at all levels of mineral resources planning,the plan for comprehensive utilization technology of mineral resources should be further enhanced,thus providing fundamental guarantee for the development target made in all levels of planning. |
