地质环境工作与新城镇化建设研究

摘    要:地质环境视角下新城镇化建设面临着建设选址、土地资源减少与土壤污染、水源地枯竭与水资源严重污染、生态严重退化等地质环境问题。地质环境工作在新城镇化建设中的主要作用:保障新城镇化更安全、保证水资源供应安全、促进新城镇化更生态、促使城市生活更富裕。新城镇化建设过程中要加强地质环境工作:(1)要高度重视在新城镇化进程中的地质环境工作;(2)必须进一步加强地质环境工作相关法规制度的建设;(3)地质环境工作必须为新城镇化当好先行和做好服务;(4)进一步加大新城镇化地质环境工作的力度和体系建设;(5)进一步加强地质环境相关科学研究工作;(6)加大对地质环境研究、保护和治理工作资金投入的力度。

Abstract:This paper argues that from a perspective of geological environment, there are many problems in the building of new urbanization such as project site selection, the land shortage and soil pollution, dried up water sources and serious pollution of water resources, and severely ecological degradation. This paper introduces the main functions that the work of geological environment has played in the construction of new urbanization: to ensure the safety of new urbanization and water supply, and to promote the new urbanization more ecological and urban life more rich. On this basis, this paper points out that in the process of new urbanization construction, we should pay high attention to the work of geological environment. Both the construction of relevant laws and regulations and relevant scientific studies concerning geological environment must be strengthened. In addition, funding for the research, protection and management must be increased.
