| 摘 要： | 文章对循环经济与可持续发展进行了比较 ,认为二者都追求资源消耗的最小化 ,在实现过程上有共同性 ,循环经济模式比可持续发展具有更强的可操作性 ,循环经济模式是可持续发展的实现途径。认为可持续发展概念上的抽象性决定了其操作上的艰难性 ,而循环经济模式则是可持续发展理念的具体化 |

| Abstract: | The paper compares the concepts about recycling economy and sustainable development. The authors think that both concepts pursue the minimum of resource consumption. Therefore they have commonness. The recycling economy model is easier to implement than sustainable development model and is a way for sustainable development. Then the authors think that abstractance of sustainable development concept determines difficulty of its operation, but the recycling economy model is worked out the sustainable development concept. |
