国土资源承载力定量综合评价研究--以天津为例

国土资源承载力指的是一国或一地区在一定时间内各种自然资源在现有和可预见的技术经济条件下 ,对该国或该地区的社会经济发展和人民生活需求的支持能力。具有明显的时空效应且受当时社会的科学技术条件影响 ,与环境变量密切相关、呈不同的弹性或刚性变化。文章介绍了国土资源承载能力定量综合评价研究方法 ,并以天津市为例 ,对天津市国土资源承载力进行了综合评价。

Quantitative and Comprehensive Evaluation on Bearing-capacity of Land Resources -- Taking Tianjin as an Example

The bearing-capacity of land resources means that under the current and prodictable technical economy, various natrual resources in a certain time and in different countries or regions give supporting capacity for social economic development and living standard of the people in the above-mentioned countries and regions. It has tangible tau-effect and influenced by the science and technology at that given society; be closely related to the environmental variables; change with different elasticity and rigidity. the paper introduces the method of quantitative and comprehensive evaluation on bearing-capacity of land resources and makes a detailed introduction to the city of Tianjin.
