| Abstract: | The paper considers that resources policy adjustment and industry policy adjustment is important content of economic structure adjustment. It is objective demand for economic structure adjustment to restructure the development and utilization of mineral resources in Liao Ning province. It also is necessary choice for sustainable development to restructure the development and utilization of mineral resources in Liao Ning province. The paper analyses the situation and problems of development and utilization of mineral resources in Liao Ning province. It points out the strategies of speeding up structural adjustment of resources, providing assurance of resources. |
