| 摘 要： | 社会资源的有效供给按市场需求优化配置 ,是市场经济的特征 ,矿业权的探矿权、采矿权有偿取得制度 ,拉开了国土资源矿管改革的序幕 ,矿业权市场化运行及市场化程度决定了矿业市场的兴衰。本文就我国现阶段矿业权市场化运行及程度问题 ,分析探讨了提高市场化程度的有效途径及地质勘查单位在矿业权市场化运行中的应对取向。

| Abstract: | Characteristic of market economy is the need to optimize the allocation of the supply of social resources. The system of obtaining the exploration and mining rights is where reforms relating to mineral resources and management can begin. The rise and decline of the mining market lies in commercialized operation and levels. The paper suggests measures to promote marketization and discusses specific procedures that geological prospecting units can adopt in the commercial running of mineral rights. |
